Data RepairGap processes

RepairGap processes PDFs, photos, screenshots, text recognized from those files, user-entered notes, comparison results, and local preferences that you choose to create. This content stays in the app’s local containers unless you explicitly export or share it through iOS.

Accounts, analytics, ads, and tracking

RepairGap has no account system or user-data backend. It does not include advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, third-party crash reporting, or a document-upload service.

Purchases

Apple processes the optional RepairGap Lifetime purchase. RepairGap reads verified StoreKit entitlement information on device to unlock features. Apple’s own privacy terms apply to App Store transactions.

Storage, deletion, and backups

App-controlled records use iOS protected local storage and are excluded from the app’s device backup path. You can delete cases, recently deleted items, or all RepairGap data in the app. Uninstalling can also remove local data. Files that you export to Files, Mail, another app, or another person are outside RepairGap’s control and are not deleted when you delete the local case.

Camera, Photos, and Files

Camera and photo-library access is used only when you choose to scan or import. File selection and sharing use Apple’s system interfaces. RepairGap does not request microphone or location access.

Children

RepairGap is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children. Because the app has no user-data backend, it does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

Changes and contact

If a future version adds data transmission or third-party services, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before release. Questions: feedback@omuuz.com.
